How to Install :
- Copy "TattoPack_By_LuisFacemaker.cpk" to Pro Evolution Soccer 2017\download
- Add it to your DpFileList.bin using DpFileList Generator by Baris
- Copy EDIT00000000 from Documents\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2017\save to the skin ID changer v1.1 by zlac folder included in the .rar
- Run tattoo_appearance_2017_edit.exe
- Rename EDIT00000000_encrypted to EDIT00000000 And replace in Documents\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2017\save
